1. Engagement & Contracts
All client projects, including React/React Native apps, custom website builds, n8n/Python automations, and Meta tracking integrations, will be initiated under a signed project contract outlining costs, deliverables, timelines, and confidentiality clauses (NDAs).
2. Payment Terms
Freelance projects are billed based on project milestones (e.g. 30% upfront, 40% upon beta testing, 30% upon final sign-off and deployment). Source codes and database keys are transferred to the client only after final payment clearance.
3. Support & Bug Fixes
We offer 30 days of complimentary post-deployment support to address any bugs or integration issues arising directly from the agreed codebase deliverables. Ongoing maintenance contracts are billed separately.
4. Limitations & Liability
Vashu Sangwan Freelance Development operates as an independent consultancy. We do not guarantee specific ad delivery metrics or search rankings, as those depend on external platforms (Google SEO updates, Meta Ads algorithm adjustments).
